- Ms. Rabia is Multi-lingual, and is fluent in Sindhi, Urdu, English, and French.
Ms. Rabia Salahuddin is an accomplished HR practitioner, who is a result-oriented professional with strong managerial, administrative, relationship and project management skills honed over 20 years+ of increasingly responsible positions within the private and public sector.
She is a focused HR leader, and holds the SHL-Singapore, Certification in Psychometric Testing including the OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) for recruitment.
Ms. Salahuddin brings with her expertise that includes Performance Management Frameworks, Learning and Development platforms, Recruitment and Employee Engagement. Her vast experience is in HR with local and foreign banks including the World Bank, as well as the FMCG sector.
Ms. Salahuddin’s last assignment was with the Sindh Revenue Board, where she was initially appointed with the World Bank project, as Advisor HR and was subsequently integrated as HR Director, SRB.
Ms. Salahuddin is an excellent communicator, with a solid combination of financial acuity, innovative HR solutions, strong work ethics and is goal oriented. She is committed to offering exceptional delivery through the effective recruitment and development of people of Sindh.
